We have many years’ experience in providing Farm Valuations for a variety of reasons; for example bank lending, matrimonial cases and where the Courts require an expert opinion.

All valuations are carried out in accordance with RICS rules and regulations.

Fees are quoted on the often cheaper time-spent basis, as opposed to a percentage of value.
