Many schemes will require some form of planning permission. The earlier this sometimes-difficult area can be dealt with, the better.

We offer a Planning Appraisal service on either a private basis or whilst government funding continues, free of charge.

The purpose of the Planning Appraisal is to ascertain what the chances of a successful planning application are and to highlight problem areas as soon as possible in the process.

Key to our approach is to engage with the Local Planning Authority at an early stage in order to dovetail the proposal in with their requirements and give the project the best possible chance of success.
