With the onset of the Mid-Term Review, some clients will choose to leave the farming industry, in part by staying and letting the farm, or completely by selling the farm and retiring.

In Farm Sale situations we can offer a Farm Valuation and share our experience of which Estate Agents are best placed to market the property.

Where letting is the preferred route forward we can advise upon and set up a variety of Farm Business Tenancies. Some may prefer Share Farming or Contract Farming ventures as a way forward and here we can explain the advantages and disadvantages of such an approach and again arrange the necessary agreements.
