Viability and feasability studies

When considering future options or strategies for the farm we recommend a Viability and Feasibility Study. This is a rigorous analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of one or a range of proposals. For example, if considering a barn conversion to workshops, we will advise upon the build costs,supply and demand, rental values, return on capital, raising finance, profitability and marketing.

Alternatively, if expansion is the preferred option, we can draw up a series of forward budgets to test the profitability of the proposed expansion and analyse alternative ideas.
